Mastermind Community Manager

Our Mastermind product requires a Community Manager that prioritizes organization and the consistency of mastermind sessions. Preferably someone with prior experience in Customer Relationship Management.

🔵 Headhunt new members for existing masterminds. 
🔵 Nurture existing members and promote satisfaction rates.

🔵 Ensure value-oriented mastermind sessions.

🔵 Manage calendars and event planning. 

🔵 Design and promotional marketing material for the mastermind. 

🔵 Keep attendance rates at an all-time high.

🔵 Design forms, questionnaires and surveys for mastermind members. 

🔵 Schedule 1 v 1 meetings with mastermind members. 

🔵 Attend weekly team meetings.
