🔵 Master software that creates domains & sets-up emails ie (NameCheap, HostGator... etc)
🔵 Master software for cold emailing purposes ie (Apollo.io, SendGrid... etc).
🔵 Design and generate data-oriented reports for each client and cold emailing campaign.
🔵 Evaluate real-time performance by analysing and interpreting data and metrics.
🔵 Attend bi-weekly meetings with clients alongside CS agents.
🔵 Host weekly team meetings and encourage transparency and communication
🔵 Oversee daily operations of the company and the work of executives (CS agents, copywriters, data analysts, outreachers etc.)
🔵 Set challenging and realistic goals for growth, performance and profitability.
🔵 Works with other managers on budgeting, forecasting and recruiting.
🔵 Prioritise customer retention and satisfaction rates.
🔵 Ensure constant customer renewal rates.
